How we're organising the work.
The National Strategy Project is organised around specific missions. Mission teams have mission leads, coordinators/ programme managers, specialists and advisers.
Impact Missions do the work.
- Dialogue - deliver a UK-wide, informed deliberation on what matters most
- Strategy - translate public priorities into clear goals and practical plans
- Action - build the capability to follow through and deliver over time
Enabling Missions make the work possible.
- Fundraising - secure the capital to deliver the NSP, from public contributions to major funding.
- Network & Partnerships - reach every part of the UK and build trusted relationships that bring capability, credibility and impact.
- Knowledge & Research - build a shared understanding of UK realities, choices and trade-offs.
- Campaign - engage the whole country in shaping our shared future
- Technology - develop platforms to enable large-scale engagement, participation and deliberation.
- Communications - build public understanding, engagement and momentum.
- Operations & Professional Services (legal, financial and delivery support) underpin the whole system.
These missions are supported by crosscutting domain expertise - spanning areas such as defence security and resilience, health and wellbeing, education and opportunity, economic strength - ensuring that Dialogue, Strategy and Action are rooted in real world knowledge and experience.
To support this, we're creating:
- A Development Board - to unlock funding and strategic support.
- Advisory and Delivery Groups - to mobilise expertise, credibility and reach across sectors and places.
